Our kitchen is 9 x 5…and has no stove or oven. We mostly use our convection oven, crock pot, and electric skillet. I must say, though, that our crock pot has been a life saver! Whoever invented that….is amazing.

Another blogger recently asked for some simple recipe ideas….and since our refrigerator also doesn’t hold much…I am all about simple recipes. Here are a few that I have found we enjoy!

Sour Cream and Bacon Crock Pot Chicken – We had this just last night. It wasn’t amazing…but it wasn’t wretched. It would probably still make it onto my list to repeat sometime.

I love our crock pot! I have Jean Pare’s crock pot book and also picked up a magazine with crock pot recipes last winter. There’s tons of good recipes online, too. Thanks for sharing these recipes. 🙂
